The 7 mistakes that ruin a stag/hen party (seen in the field)

Across 200+ events, the same mistakes keep coming back. Here they are, each with its fix.
Mistake #1: over-planning
A minute-by-minute schedule always cracks. Plan 1 activity in the morning/afternoon, 1 free slot, 1 highlight at night. The best moments of our 200 events were born in unplanned downtime.
Mistake #2: ignoring the guest of honour
Your perfect stag party isn't necessarily theirs. Discreetly ask the bride/groom-to-be about their limits (costumes, public dares, activity types). A great party respects the personality of the person it celebrates.
Mistake #3: paying on site
Activities booked on site cost 15–25% more and are often sold out. Book online with free cancellation: you keep flexibility without paying full price.
Mistakes #4 to #7: rapid fire
4) No appointed treasurer → impossible accounting afterwards. 5) Too big a group without sub-groups → decisions paralysed beyond 12. 6) First night too intense → Saturday wasted. 7) No weather plan B → a city challenge or escape room can be booked the day before and saves any rainy Saturday.
